Devote ample ‘thinking time” to each stage.
Day 1 of goal setting, you can achieve it with coaching,
Write down all the things you want to do, be or have. Just write freely without limitation, without restriction think about anything that means something to you, don’t assess whether you can achieve it just write. When you have done, put the list to one side and then come back to it later and add to it, keep doing this until you can’t think of anything else.
Write in one brief sentence why you want to be, do or have each item on your list. If you can’t do this with any of them, then cross them off.
