| Every company needs to get the best from its assets whether they are human or physical.
Executive and corporate coaching enables the human element to perform better, it enables the individual or teams to overcome barriers, see new perspectives, achieve more focused goals and much more.
As an Executive and Corporate Coach I will work with you to achieve both your own and your organisations goals.
Executive coaching
Executives usually set their own agenda for the coaching but it is always focused on you and what you want to achieve either through your own efforts or those of your teams. The focus is on where you want to go, what you want to achieve and enables you to master your objectives either in business or personally.
As an Executive, you are probably under time pressure and therefore the coaching can be 1 to 1 in short regular bursts, telephone coaching, longer periods of shadowing or a mixture of all of these.
It can be hard work and lonely at the top but as your coach I can be a supportive, challenging coach that will always value the client/coach relationship and your success with complete confidentiality.
Corporate coaching
Corporate coaching can be 1 to 1 or team based but here the output and aims for the coaching are usually set by the executives and management teams. The coaching can be around individual or team performance or achieving wider organisational goals.
The Institute of Personal Management suggested "Ordinary training typically increases productivity by 22% . . . while training combined with coaching increases productivity by 88%."
Depending upon the organisation or the business approach, corporate coaching could be included either as a short term consultancy project or longer term development program.
