Your business is like your workout. You have a number of limbs or muscle groups that you are co-ordinating, developing and focussing. When you get all to work together you can lift heavier weights. If your technique isn't quite right or one muscle group isn't pulling its weight you have to correct that otherwise you injure yourself or don't lift as much. If you see your profit as lifting a personal best and your muscle groups as your employees and projects then all you need to do is find out which muscle group isn't pulling its weight and or technique is wrong and correct it. In a gym you might use a personal and trainer in business you can use a coach. If you don't correct it you will keep making the same mistake and could end up injuring your business repeatedly.
